Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant is responsible for providing financial and administrative assistance to ensure timely payment and processing of third-party invoices.
Primary responsibilities include processing of expense claims and payables, checking the accounts help mailbox and answering queries, completing monthly balance sheet
reconciliations, monitoring of sub-ledger transactions and ensuring timely posting,
scanning of back-up documentation, and providing administrative support for the
team.
Requirements
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma, a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar environment, excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships within the business, effective organisational and time management skills, along with analytical and problem-solving skills
