FOOD & BEVERAGE COST CONTROLLER

Job requirements:

  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience. Must have a clean police record.
  • Positive attitude
  • Working during month end for closing. Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English and Spanish, (Dutch an asset)

Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

Specialized in:

  • Accounting/Finance (experience/background is preferable).
  • Cost Accounting and Cost Controlling
  • Computer Science RIEMS
  • Management of digital word processing
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
  • Analyzing food and beverage costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Preparing and presenting inventory and cost reports to management
  • Reviewing supplier invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with budgets.
  • Identifies problems and takes corrective actions where necessary.
  • Knowledge in processing income statement
  • Knowledge in formulating cost recipes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft team)

Salary & benefits: Commensurate with experience.

Candidates must be Antillean or be in the possession of a permanent residence permit.
