CHEF

Job requirements:

• Preferably at least 15 years cooking experience.
• Preferably 5 years of experience in Mexican cuisine.
• General knowledge in Yucatecan, Jalisco, Poblana food, vast gastronomical culture.
• Must have a clean police record.
• Positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English, (Spanish, French an asset).

Minimum education: High school, more than 5 years experience.

Specialized in: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, specialties, special events, buffets, thematic nights, butchery, bakery & patisseric, Mexican dishes.

Salary & benefits: Commensurate with experience.

Candidates must be Antillean or be in the possession of a permanent residence permit.
