DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER with responsibility for Enterprise Risk & Treasury

Core Requirements:

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Risk and Treasury teams.
• Develop risk assessment frameworks and strategies.
• Oversee cash and liquidity management operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic decision-making
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks (e.g., COso, ISO 31000) and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity management, funding strategies, and investments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and produce reports.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ability to develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations affecting risk management and treasury operations, including changes in laws and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in risk management, treasury management, or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in collaborating with senior management, regulators, and external auditors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with risk management tools, treasury management systems, and financial modeling software.
