EXPERIENCED INDIAN COOKS

Job description:

• Plans, directs and executes food preparation and general duties in the kitchen.
• Ensures that the food meets quality standards.
• Strives continually to improve guest’s satisfaction.
• Maintain good condition of all kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Coordinates and supervises activities of kitchen staff engaged in food preparation.
• Ensures that work environment is maintained in a sanitary manner that meets food safety management regulations.
• Meet with Sales Representatives in order to negotiate prices and order supplies.

Requirements:

• Verifiable work experience as an Indian cook (minimum 3 years).
• Polite, creative, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to multitask +-and work independently under pressure.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Diploma in Food Service Industry.
• Reports to the Managing Director

Salary Naf. 2.117,70
