FOOD & BEVERAGE COST CONTROLLER

Job requirements:
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience. Must have a clean police record.
- Positive attitude
- Working during month end for closing. Strong communication skills
- Must be able to speak, read and write English and Spanish, (Dutch an asset)
Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Specialized in:
- Accounting/Finance (experience/background is preferable).
- Cost Accounting and Cost Controlling
- Computer Science RIEMS
- Management of digital word processing
- Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
- Analyzing food and beverage costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Preparing and presenting inventory and cost reports to management
- Reviewing supplier invoices and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with budgets.
- Identifies problems and takes corrective actions where necessary.
- Knowledge in processing income statement
- Knowledge in formulating cost recipes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft team)
Salary & benefits: Commensurate with experience.
Candidates must be Antillean or be in the possession of a permanent residence permit.
