We are a leading offshore law firm with a network of nine international offices – and we are growing. We are looking for a junior corporate administrator to join the busy corporate team based in our Cayman Islands office.
Junior Corporate Administrator
Applications are invited for the role of junior corporate administrator in our busy Cayman Islands office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other entities and will report directly to Carey Olsen’s attorneys.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• preparation and filing of formation Documents with the Registrar
• liaising with the Registrar and CIMA on routine administrative matters
• maintenance of statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence
• liaising with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone
• liaising with Carey Olsen’s wider operations teams.
Previous experience is not necessary but you must have a strong academic background, excellent organizational skills and a willingness to learn along with strong IT skills.
The salary for this position will be based on experience and qualifications and will be in the range of US$45,000 to US$50,000. Other benefits include health insurance coverage, four weeks’ annual leave, life assurance, income protection insurance and a contributory pension plan.
