SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / SENIOR FUND ACCOUNTANT
R&H Private Fund Services
R&H Private Fund Services is seeking a Senior Accountant / Senior Fund Accountant to provide fund administration and accounting services to a portfolio of hedge funds, private equity funds, segregated portfolio companies, and special purpose vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
• NAV Calculation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual NAVs, ensuring accuracy in cash movements, capital transactions, and expenses.
• Investor & Fund Services: Maintain investor records, review allocations, and distribute NAV statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare audit support schedules and financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Compliance & Due Diligence: Conduct AML checks, process payments, and respond to investor inquiries.
• Service Provider Coordination: Act as the point of contact for auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented and must have excellent oral and written communication skills as the post requires both internal and external client interaction and liaison with financial professionals. A demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines is a pre-requisite, as is a willingness to work overtime as necessary. The successful candidate must also be computer literate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Professional Designation: ACCA, CA, or CPA.
• Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a professional accounting firm or financial institution, specializing in investment products, fund structures, and complex financial instruments, including financial statement preparation and review.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills; experience with Paxus or similar fund accounting software is an advantage.

Benefits
• US$65,000 to US$100,000 per annum, commensurate with the qualifications and  experience of the successful applicant. A full
